Note: The condo has basic 19” TV (not cable) and a varied DVD library for everyone’s enjoyment, but is not equipped with a plethora of "distracting electronics" from everyday life! There is no PC, however, a laptop will usually connect to wireless on fee for service basis.. This lovely place is designed to be a relaxing 'retreat' in the City and will appeal to vacationers who want to ENJOY the City and get off the couch! • No Internet (although your laptop is able to connect to unsecured web; however we do not guarantee service in this regard).
• Vacationers should bring a cell phone for long distance calls.

• As this is our ‘home away from home’ we wish to rent only to people who will respect it as they would their own home
• The building has a strict “No Pets” policy

Rates
• Low Season Rate - $ ****** per wk (based on 2 adults, with or without kids)
• High Season Rates - $ ****** per wk
• Rates may vary due to demand, based on activities in the City
• Additional $50 charge, per additional adult
• Vacationers pay fee for Paypal (approx $30)
• $50 per Key FOB deposit(s) required – fully refundable upon return of FOBs
