Riad Linda is a beautiful, recently renovated house peacefully situated in the heart of the medina.

Riad Linda has recently been completely renovated to a high standard, with air-conditioning, yet retains many traditional features - including a courtyard garden. We are situated in apeaceful derb ( street) but are only minutes away from the souks and the Place Djemma el Fna. Our experienced, English and French speaking staff at Riad Linda will provide a warm welcome with mint tea, and will help to organise trips and excursions further afield, and can arrange for reputable guides help you to navigate your way through the medina.

We have a private Moroccan cook available to prepare tasty traditional 3-course evening meals in-house including tajines, couscous or mixed grills. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

On the ground floor, the entrance corridor, with decorative archways and alcoves opens into the central courtyard with dining table which is surrounded with plants and traditional Arabic decor. There is a lounge with traditional Arab cushioned seating around a decorative waterfall. There is a fully fitted kitchen. There is also 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bed room.

The first floor has three double en-suite bedrooms plus a master suite, complete with hammam, where you can enjoy a relaxing steam bath. Each en-suite bathroom has been traditionally decorated with Tadelakt and Moroccan tiles.

All bedrooms are fitted with top of the range air-conditioning/heater units. Another flight of stairs lead from the first floor to the plant-filled roof terrace.

Your bedroom will be cleaned each day while you enjoy your breakfast (croissants, pancakes with honey, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice).

From the roof terrace, there are stunning 360 degree views across the medina, and towards the snow-capped Atlas mountains.An ideal setting for enjoying breakfast, relaxing on a sun lounger and drinks in the evening whilst watching the sun go down.

2 zilleges-tiled dining tables and chairs will tempt you to evenings of candle-lit dinners under a star-filled African sky.

Come raggiungerci:

We are located close to the main square Jemaa el Fnaa about 5 minutes walking, Once you are on the square ask for Café France. With Café France on your right hand side, Derb Dabachi is in front of you. Count 3 small streets (derbs) on the right. Derb Jamaa has bright blue flower pots all the way along and a ‘Wecome’ sign painted on one of the arches. Turn right and keep on keeping right until you reach number 93.
